No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide a garage code, door code,or another method of entry so they can go about their day while we take care of the cleaning.

Is there a cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can happen. A reminder of your cleaning appointment will be sent by 9 AM the day before your cleaning and again on the day of service.

Last-minute cancellations can significantly disrupt our schedule, often leaving our cleaning technicians with large gaps between appointments. While we are always happy to reschedule when emergencies arise, clients that habitually cancel appointments may be charged a $75 cancellation fee.

Our first-time cleaning service is specifically tailored for residences transitioning from another cleaning provider. This initial cleaning may require additional time as our professional cleaners assess and become acquainted with your property.

A deep cleaning encompasses all aspects of a first-time cleaning, along with comprehensive tasks such as wiping down doors, trims, baseboards, and light switches. It also includes cleaning accessible interior windows and areas behind furniture, among other detailed tasks.

Please be advised that deep cleaning does not include the interiors of cabinets, refrigerators, or ovens; however, these services can be added upon request.

If you request a first-time cleaning and we determine that a deep cleaning is warranted upon arrival, we will notify you prior to commencing the service, allowing you the option to upgrade or schedule a follow-up visit.
